Ione customers will be transitioning to a new garbage service day the week of December 1, 2025. 

To ensure a smooth transition, Sanitary Deisposal wil be sending each affected customer a mailer/postcard with all the necessary information about their new service day. The mailer will include:

• Their new garbage pickup day  (Changed from Monday to Thursday)
• The effective date of the change
• Instructions to have carts out by 6:00 AM
• Contact information for questions
