Located on the Sheppard Flats Wind Farm, nestled right smack dab in the middle of dry-land wheat country. 8 miles North of Ione. On rare occasions the northern lights have been visible.

8 miles North of Ione and not too far away from Interstate 84. You are just a short drive to the Columbia River, Blue Mountains, prime Eastern Oregon Hunting, fishing, hiking, cycling, windsurfing and countless other outdoor activities. Or if you are just looking for some peace and quiet and a break from city life this is the place. Because there is little to no ambient light on the farm at night it’s a perfect place for stargazing. On a clear night the Milky Way is so bright it looks like you can reach up and touch it. On rare occasions the northern lights have been visible.
