Shall the registered voters of the City of Ione prohibit psilocybin-related businesses within city limits?

Approval of this measure would prohibit the establishment and operation of psilocybin-related businesses within the City of Ione.

The Ione City Council adopted City Ordinance 2022-02 prohibiting the establishment of psilocybin-related businesses within city limits, as a result of this approval of the ordinance, the council must refer this matter to the registered voters of the City of Ione.  This matter will be placed on the November 8, 2022 statewide general election ballot.
